A former post office in the Kagoshima Prefecture has been booked out for inspections throughout July after being listed for sale.
A historically rich parcel of land in the Kagoshima Prefecture is proving popular amongst buyers after being listed for 1 million Yen.
The former Kago Kinzan Post Office originally opened in 1904 before possibly being rebuilt sometime in the 1920s or 1930s.
It was in use until 1981 when a new post office was built just down the street.
While the property remained occupied for a few years after its closure, it has since been sitting unused by the owner.

But the site has once again been garnering attention, with those asked to handle enquiries reporting buyer inspections had been booked out for the month of July.
According to Ritsuka Shinozuka, of listing service REHOME DELI, the 300 square metre parcel of land will require as much as 5 million Yen in repairs and renovations to make it habitable.
The property is situated in the small mountain village of Kinzancho, near Makurazaki City.
